Privacy and your data
What you write in your planner is yours. We do not read it, we do not train anything on it, we do not sell it, and you can delete all of it whenever you like.

What we store, and why
Your planner content, your email address, and the settings that keep the app looking the way you left it. Nothing else is needed to show you a week, so nothing else is kept.
Three other companies are told something, and none of them is ever told what you wrote:

There is no advertising network, and nothing follows you to anyone else's site. The one cookie here holds the language you picked, and picking a language is what creates it.

A cycle, a mood and a month of spending are not the same kind of thing as a shopping list, and the law agrees: cycle and mood entries count as health data.
So those modules are off until you add them. A planner without them holds none of that, adding one is how you say yes, and removing it is how you take that back. What you do log is used for one thing only: drawing it back on your own page.
What deleting really does
Deleting something does not erase the row straight away. It marks the row deleted and keeps the marker, which is what carries the deletion to your other devices and what makes the five-second undo possible. You stop seeing it immediately and nothing counts it again.
Closing the account is what removes the lot, markers included, and that part happens as you press it. Only the backups take longer, and they roll off within 90 days.
The version that binds
If the two ever disagree, the policy wins, and please tell us, because it means this page has gone out of date.
Questions about your data

Technically yes, and it is worth knowing which answer you are getting from any app that stores your writing. The server copy is not end-to-end encrypted, so a person with database access could read a row. In practice we do not, and we only ever would if you asked us to look at something for you, or if a court in Brazil ordered it.
Is anything I write used to train AI?
No. Not your entries, not your journal, not your photographs, not in aggregate, not anonymised, not by us and not by anyone we pass data to. There is no exception, and we will not add one without asking you first, separately, and letting you say no.
What can I ask you for?
The law gives you rights over what we hold about you: to know whether we hold anything, to see it, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to object to some of what we do with it. The Privacy Policy lists them in full, with the article each one comes from.
They are used by writing to contact@planye.com from the address on your account. A person reads it, and we answer inside the deadline the law sets — 15 days under the LGPD, 30 under the GDPR.
What there is not is a download button, and we would rather say so than let you look for one. Deleting is the thing you can do yourself, at the bottom of your account panel; the rest goes through that address.
How do I delete my account?
Open your account panel and go to the bottom, to Close your account. You type the word it asks for, and your planner, journal, photographs and recordings are deleted from this device and from our servers at once.
Two things worth knowing, and the second one catches people. It cannot be undone, and nobody here can get any of it back afterwards. And if you subscribe to Planye+, cancel it where you subscribed: closing the account does not stop a subscription.
What happens if I stop signing in?
Nothing. We do not delete a dormant account or its contents, and we do not send mail asking why you have been away. Come back after a year and your planner opens where you left it.
Can I use Planye without an account?
Not at the moment. The local copy on your device is what the app reads from, but the account is what tells it whose planner to open and what lets a second device get it back.
